Hold a sit-up position for ten seconds

Half Push-up Hold for 10 seconds

Bicycle kick for 15 seconds

8-15 push-ups

10 sit-ups

10 Same Sided Strides

10 Opposite Strides

Jump Rope 30-60 sec without stopping.
